    We were attracted to this area because we wanted to be in the West Island, in a neighbourhood with a family-friendly environment, and within close proximity to local parks, schools, and daycares. We found exactly what we were searching for at 12635 Bedford.

    The size and open-concept of the living room was one of the things we loved the most. The stone accent wall added that sense of modern styling we were hoping for, and the basement bathroom was so much nicer than any others we had visited. Once we finally moved in and got settled, we discovered several other reasons to love this place even more! For example, little did we realize that we had lucked out by buying a unit on the west side of the courtyard. The outdoor space on our side is not only more private, but brighter and sunnier as well.

    This home has been the perfect stepping stone for us. We're now hoping to move to a bigger home that will offer more space for our girls to grow. To have friends over for sleepovers, birthday parties, and graduations.

    Our wish is that whoever buys this home will truly appreciate all of the wonderful things it has to offer. There's a warm, protective energy in this home, and our family will truly miss it.
