    My name is Carol-Ann and along with my late husband Ray, have been the proud owners of this home for over 40 years. We chose to decorate it with the butterfly theme because it represented something very powerful for us. Prior to moving here in 1975, I barely survived a terrible accident, and ever since then, made a point to celebrate the gift of my life. The butterflies began to appear throughout the house as well as in my heart and soul. The neighborhood kids always delighted in the butterflies and thus it became known as "The Butterfly House".

    The Butterfly House has witnessed the most wonderful transformation throughout the love story Ray and I shared. We truly found happiness here and enjoyed many years of fond memories. However, like all stories...this chapter in our lives eventually came to an end and it's now time to for me to move on.

    It is my hope that a new chapter will begin for someone else looking to undergo their own transformation, and continue their own journey within the walls of this special home.
