A Great Time Was Had By All!

by Team Broady on Wednesday, December 8, 2021

Our Team Brody Holiday Photoshoot event last Saturday was a huge success! We were blown away by everyone’s incredible generosity and support for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and the West Island Women's Shelter. Together, we raised a total of $1,352 that will go directly towards helping women and children escape domestic violence.

The event exceeded our expectations on so many levels. Not only did we luck out with the first snowfall of the season, but the photos turned out to be better than we could have possibly imagined. Most importantly, everyone had so much fun participating in the shoot.

We saw everything from funky Christmas sweaters and matching pajamas, to dogs in their knitted coats. Despite the brisk temperatures and a bit of wind, the fresh blanket of snow and some sunshine made everything that much more magical.

The highlight for us was watching the children absolutely indulge in the hot chocolate station, where we had an endless selection of toppings and treats available. The most extravagant “Hot Chocolate Sundae” we witnessed included a layer of whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate chips, candy-cane sprinkles, caramel, AND chocolate sauce… and a Pirouline stir-stick to top it all off!

A special thank-you goes out to our extremely talented photographer, Cameron May, and to Dan Pirro, owner of Tim Hortons Beaconsfield, for donating the coffee and hot chocolate.

It was so good to catch up with past clients and to meet so many amazing new families. In fact, this event was such a hit that we have decided to host another in the new year.

Be sure to watch for the next Team Broady Mini Photoshoot event near you.

Happy Holidays from Team Broady.
