A Year With Team Broady: Finding My Voice, My Strength, and My Momentum

by Sascha Agostini on Friday, November 28, 2025

When I first considered joining Team Broady a year ago, I hesitated. After years of building my own name in real estate, I was proud of the identity I had created. Team Broady is one of the most recognizable teams in the West Island and I was worried I would disappear into their shadow. I had worked hard to be seen as myself: authentic, caring, strong, and fully committed to serving people. I didn’t want any of that to be diluted.

But what I discovered was the complete opposite of what I feared. From the very first conversations, I saw a level of organization, fairness, and transparency that immediately stood out. Their client approach was deeply structured and professional, but also very human. There was no ego. No competition for the spotlight. Instead, there was a genuine desire to help one another grow. They didn’t want to replace my identity; they wanted to amplify it.

Over the past year, I’ve had my best year yet. I didn’t once feel overshadowed. In fact, I felt seen, supported, and valued. I exceeded my goals for 2025 within six months because I had the space to thrive. The team recognized my worth and made sure I never forgot it. My confidence didn’t just grow, it deepened. I feel more grounded than ever in who I am and clear about the value I bring.

This year pushed me to flourish in ways I didn’t anticipate. I became more detail oriented, more protective of my clients, and more strategic in how I navigate negotiations and complex situations. With nearly 50 transactions completed so far this year, my time management, communication skills, and emotional presence evolved naturally. I learned how to stay calm even when things felt chaotic and how to trust my instincts more deeply.

What makes Team Broady truly special is the environment they cultivate. The team feels like a comfort blanket. Every transaction carries its own emotions and challenges and knowing I have people who are there to reassure, support, and help me solve problems has made all the difference. One phone call can shift my entire perspective when things get heavy. That type of support is hard to find.

Catherine and Mark are the kind of leaders who lift others up. Even when a situation doesn’t directly benefit them, they show up to help, guide, or simply listen. They want to see me grow. They want me to shine. They remind me to take time off when I need it, and they mean it. To have leaders who genuinely care about both your success and your well-being is something I will never take for granted.

This year was emotionally demanding for me. Balancing clients while buying and renovating my own home required more energy than I expected. There were days when I felt exhausted and stretched thin. But the blessing was knowing that if I needed to take a break, the team was ready to step in so I could breathe.

Team Broady represents a level of expertise that goes far beyond years in the industry or the number of transactions completed. It’s the ability to guide people through some of the most emotional decisions of their lives with empathy, clarity, and confidence. The results are there, of course, but what sets us apart is the heart behind the work. We show up for our clients, and we show up for each other. We work hard, we laugh, we support one another, and we never stop learning.

I didn’t lose myself when I joined Team Broady, I grew into a more confident and capable version of myself. Every day, I’m thankful I trusted the decision that led me to my team.
