Over the past year, demand for construction materials have increased dramatically while supply has tightened. Plus, the pandemic is creating chaos in supply chains, which is driving prices even higher. There is also a minimal supply of homes for sale in the West Island, and there are very few new developments being built that are similar to the Walton project.
