Every year brings its own challenges, victories, and unforgettable moments, but 2025 stands out as one of our most successful and meaningful years yet.

Thanks to your continued trust and support, we closed over 120 transactions, helping families buy, sell, invest, and take the next steps in their lives with confidence. This milestone allowed us to earn a place in the National Chairman’s Club, representing the top 1% of Royal LePage agents in Canada, a remarkable accomplishment out of more than 20,000 agents nationwide. We do not take this honour lightly. It speaks to our dedication, but more importantly, it reflects the deep relationships we’ve built with the people who choose to work with us year after year. None of this, absolutely none, would be possible without you.

Beyond the numbers, this year was filled with personal milestones and life events that remind us that real estate is, at its heart, about people. Homes carry stories, and so do we. Here’s a look back at some of the moments that shaped Team Broady in 2025.

Sascha: A Year of Firsts and Major Milestones

One of the most exciting highlights of our year was celebrating Sascha’s purchase of her very first home. As someone who spends every day helping clients find their dream properties, stepping into homeownership herself was a truly special moment. The pride, joy, and sense of accomplishment that come with buying your first home are irreplaceable and we couldn’t be happier for her

.This milestone has only deepened Sascha’s passion for helping others navigate the process. She brings even more empathy, excitement, and firsthand understanding to her clients. Her dedication continues to inspire all of us.

Renée: A New Chapter of Love, Healing & Family

Perhaps one of the most heartwarming stories this year belongs to Renée. After navigating the emotional difficulty of a divorce that stretched over a decade, she found love again. Beautiful, unexpected, deeply deserved love with her new partner Darryl. Watching her glow with happiness, confidence, and renewed spirit has been one of the most uplifting parts of our year

.And the story gets even better, in January, Renée and Darryl will be blending their families and moving into a new home together, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in their lives. Their courage, resilience, and joy remind all of us that healing truly is possible, and that new beginnings often arrive when you least expect them.

Catherine: Growth, Resilience & Heartfelt Goodbyes

For Catherine, this year was a mix of exciting growth and deep emotional challenge.

On the professional and personal front, she and her husband expanded their investment portfolio by purchasing and renovating another income property, bringing their total to five. Balancing property ownership, renovations, family life, and a busy real estate career is no small feat, but Catherine approached it with her signature determination and optimism.

But October brought a heartbreaking moment. After more than 16 years of loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love, Catherine had to say goodbye to her sweet dog, Molly. Long before she met her husband or welcomed her son into the world, Molly was her first real baby, her shadow, her comfort, her constant. Losing a beloved pet is never easy, but losing a companion of that many years is a grief all its own. Despite the difficulty, Catherine continued to show strength and grace, and we admire her deeply for that.

Mark: Leadership, Milestones & Life in Motion

Our team wouldn’t be what it is without Mark, whose leadership continues to shape everything we do. This year, he reached several major personal milestones, including completing back-to-back Spartan races with his two sons, and a half-marathon, a goal he trained hard for and achieved with determination.

He also celebrated eight years of sobriety this past October, an accomplishment that speaks volumes about his strength, clarity of purpose, and his ongoing commitment to personal growth, healing, and living a healthy life. It’s something we are incredibly proud of him for

.And then there’s the everyday marathon: raising three teenagers. Anyone who has parented teens knows the energy, patience, humour, and resilience required and somehow, Mark manages it all while still being a phenomenal leader and mentor to Team Broady.

Sherry: The Engine That Keeps Us Moving

Behind every seamlessly executed transaction is Sherry, our outstanding transaction coordinator and the glue that holds our operation together. All year long, she kept things running like a well-oiled machine, giving our clients smooth, stress-free experiences, most of them never realizing just how much she handles behind the scenes.

Sherry’s impact doesn’t end at the office. Outside of work, she’s a super-mom to Lauren and Liam, who are both competitive athletes with schedules that could exhaust even the most seasoned planner, yet Sherry manages it all with tremendous grace. After-school practices, weekend competitions, family life, and a full workload, she juggles it effortlessly, showing the same commitment and heart at home as she does on the job.

And who knows, maybe next year will bring a new chapter as she takes the leap and registers for the real estate course. Whether she chooses to pursue that path or continues mastering her current role, one thing is certain, we're all cheering her on every step of the way.
