Welcoming Meaghan Walsh to the Team Broady Family

Every so often, the right person walks into the room, and you just know. The energy clicks. The values align. The bar quietly lifts.

That is exactly how we feel about welcoming Meaghan Walsh as an official member of Team Broady.

After a three-month integration period behind the scenes, we are excited to formally introduce Meaghan to our clients, community, and readers of the Broady Magazine. And while she may be new to our team, she is certainly not new to delivering results

.One of the coolest surprises we learned about Meaghan since she joined us is that she has a secret superpower.

As an alumna of Queen of Angels High School, she competed in advanced math competitions known as the “Math Olympics,” where students raced against the clock to solve complex equations, predict patterns, and untangle logic problems. She proudly earned the title of “mathlete,” even landing on the podium more than once.

“Math is my jam,” she says. “Give me a tricky equation and I’m in my happy place.”

Today, those analytical instincts show up in a different arena. Real estate is rarely straightforward. Every transaction carries variables, timelines, personalities, and market shifts. For Meaghan, every property and every market twist is simply another puzzle waiting to be solved.

Meaghan began her real estate career in 2019, building on years of operational leadership experience with high-profile retail brands such as BCBGMAXAZRIA and Davids Tea.

Managing teams, systems, and high-performance environments sharpened her communication skills and strengthened her ability to collaborate with multiple parties in a transaction. Those years refined her negotiation approach and reinforced a client-first mindset that now defines her real estate practice.

If you meet Meaghan for the first time, you may notice her quiet composure. She listens carefully. She observes. She processes.

But spend a little time with her, and you will quickly discover a sharp wit and a warm sense of humour that catches you off guard in the best way. She has already become a seamless cultural fit within our team, and we genuinely enjoy working alongside her.

Beyond business, Meaghan is actively engaged in giving back. She proudly supports the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation that supports women and children escaping domestic violence. She is also involved with a local food bank, reinforcing her belief that success means very little if it is not shared. Community is not a marketing slogan for her. It is a practice.

When she is not negotiating offers or studying market data, Meaghan is likely exploring local trails with her beloved Chow Chow, Mango. She is an enthusiastic OrangeTheory devotee, and in the kitchen, she channels her creativity into pasta and pizza masterpieces. Those who know her well understand that food is her love language.

The next time you see Meaghan at a showing, a community event, or around the neighbourhood, we hope you’ll help us welcome her to Team Broady. We’re truly excited for what lies ahead.
